Each real food reasoning session includes...
- critical-thinking and dialogue activities to inspire participants to reflect on and talk about their favourite foods and ideas about healthy eating;
- documentary, music and video clips that expose our harmful eating habits and present best practices for getting more real food into our bodies on a daily basis;
- a hands-on real food recipe demonstration and tasting
- a take-home guide with recipes and online resources
